


Stateside Military Members
As we are better equipped to offer you the full-service experience while you are stationed in the USA, all stateside military members must use the main page to access all plans and services. offered by D.T.C.
If you are to be stationed overseas becoming a member of D.T.C, your plan will be switched to the "Overseas" plan.

Overseas Military Members
All military members that are stationed overseas will have full access to the D.T.C website; however, due to your location, some services will be unavailable.
Please note, you are still able to purchase merchandise, post, buy & sell items in the member area, and make donations to help others in your community.

There is only one plan available to all overseas military members. You may add up to $100 to your D.T.C account monthly.
You may purchase tires and/or automotive parts online (as long as you have 50% or more in your D.T.C account).

All D.T.C members that are overseas military members
returning to the USA will be switched to the Stateside plans of their choice upon their return.



TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) I understand that I will get 50% off wheel/rim and tire replacement. Battery replacement. Brake service. Suspension repair. And any other vehicle repairs or services at 25%.
2) STATESIDE - You can choose any tire or parts you like from any store or repair shop you like once they take credit card, D.T.C would not influence you in any way which tire to get. In some cases you can use you military discount at the store to get a better price.

3) Upon signing up and verification of your information, all members will receive a confirmation email with a membership number. Please keep this membership number with you or keep it where you can easily access it. (we will not load funds on your card if you can not give us the information we request) You will be sent further instructions that will require you to download onto your cellphone, the application for our payment system which is critical in ensuring your ability to obtain your funds to pay for your services in a prompt and efficient manner.
4) I understand that if I miss 3 monthly deposit D.T.C would cancel my membership 10 day after the last deposit was due and i must make at lease one (1) deposit to make my D.T.C account up to date before all my privileges are restored. I also understand that D.T.C would not help me pay for any services.
5) I understand that if my membership is canceled I will have to pay the membership fee if I wanted to join D.T.C again. *

6) I understand that I must send a photo of all service receipts to D.T.C by email or via the APP within 7 days of service.
- For Tax purposes D.T.C must have a copy of all receipts. You can take a photo with your phone or scan it to email. Thank you in advance.

7) I understand that if I lose the payment card issued to me by Dollar Tire Club L.L.C and PEX that I will notify D.T.C immediately. *
- D.T.C and PEX will need to delete the card and send you a new one.

8) OVERSEAS - In addition to the above. You must make all purchases online for e.g. Tire Rack or your favorite online auto store or you will have to pay for it on the economy and sent D.T.C a photo of the receipt by email or via the payment app and you will be reimburse.
