                                                                     HERE'S HOW IT WORKS...

​

All equipment wears out or becomes damaged and will eventually need replacing. This usually happens at the most unfavorable time and of course,  how quickly damage happens depends on your habits and how well you are maintaining your equipment. 

 

                                                                               

IN A NUTSHELL 

​

​

1) Become a member by choosing a yearly plan.

​

2) Upon membership confirmation and payment, each member will be issued a membership number and prepaid credit card. ( Phone members would not get a credit card but D.T.C will pay on your behalf.)

​

3) Monthly, you the member will have to deposit a predetermined amount (depending on your plan) into your account. Your monthly deposit will be applied directly towards the purchase of your future services - (This money, (your deposit), is yours and will be returned to you if you never use it and request it if you choose to cancel you membership.  *restrictions may apply.

​

4) When a vehicle, boat, or phone service is requested the member will: (a) Take it to a service provider of your choice; **restrictions may apply (b) Prior to obtaining service, the member must contact D.T.C directly in order for  D.T.C to load your prepaid credit card with the funds required to pay for the requested service.   D.T.C. will then deduct 50% or 75% of the repair cost from your D.T.C account and D.T.C will pay the remaining 25% or 50%.

For in-home services:  (a) call a reliable service provider that accepts credit cards.

(b) obtain a quote for the repairs or for item replacement (c) contact D.T.C directly in order for D.T.C to load your prepaid credit card with the appropriate funds required to pay for the service you requested.

​

NOTE: You must have 50% - 75% of the service cost in your D.T.C account in order for D.T.C to pay the difference. 

 

MORE IN-DEPTH

​

After selecting the membership level you feel would best suit your needs and your membership has been activated, members are eligible for all services that fall within their plan as long as they have the appropriate funds in their D.T.C account. 

​

Please take note of the following:

​

After six (6) months of your activated membership and on time deposits, members are entitled to make slightly larger monthly deposits to achieve their goals faster.

​

Should you require a service prior to having 50% - 75% of the repair cost in your account you will be required to pay the full amount of the service (D.T.C will refund all but $20 of the money in your D.T.C account if you request it to help you with your purchase.) Your membership will remain active in your currently enrolled plan once you continue to make your monthly deposits.

​​

If two (2) back to back monthly deposits are missed,  you will go back to the last deposit level you had and you must wait six (6) months to get back to the higher deposit level. If you miss three (3) monthly deposits back-to-back your membership will be canceled after 10 days.

 

Seven (7) days after membership activation, yearly membership fees are non-refundable whether or not you have utilized D.T.C services. Should you choose to cancel your membership after the first seven days after membership activation but prior to the end of your first year,  D.T.C will not reimburse your membership fee but you will get the funds in your account back. *restrictions may apply.

*Please note, your account balance must not go under $20 at any time once you are a member.

Upon signing up and verification of your information, all members will receive a confirmation email with a membership number. Please keep this membership number with you at all times or keep it where you can easily access it.  Note: (We will not load funds on your card if we are unable to verify your membership information and other information we may request) You will be sent further instructions that will require you to download onto your cellphone, the application for our payment system which is critical in ensuring your ability to obtain your funds to pay for your services in a prompt and efficient manner.

​

Active membership requires your annual fee to be paid the day you signup plus your first monthly depositYour monthly deposit count towards your future purchase, however, you are only required to pay 50% - 75% of the total purchase cost which will come from your D.T.C account and DOLLAR TIRE CLUB will pay the other 25% - 50%. You will never have to pay full price for any service as a DOLLAR TIRE CLUB member if you have 50% - 75% of the cost in your account, depending of the level membership you have.

​

Eligibility for flat repair takes place the moment you sign up and become a member (but keep in mind that you may have to pay for the flat repair out of pocket until you receive the payment card from D.T.C) we will reimburse you 100% (just keep the receipt and send us a picture of it.) 

​

Membership with DOLLAR TIRE CLUB entitles members to the following services 

​

 CARS 

50% off 4-wheel alignment for GOLD and PLATINUM members and 25% off for SILVER members (if required) Proper wheel alignment is the first step in ensuring proper vehicle stability and safety. We want to make sure that your new tires last as long as the tire manufacturer said it would.

​

Bulging or blistering on the sidewall of a tire:   This can lead to tire failure and could be dangerous. We will replace the tire at 50% for all members only if your membership is active and up to date. restriction apply. (you must first find out if the tire is still under factory warranty)

​

Flat tire: due to a blowout. We will replace at 50% for all members only if your membership is active and up to date.

​

Flat tire: due to punctures. We will repair at 100% only if your membership is active and up to date. if the tire can not be repaired and you have to purchase a new tire, D.T.C will pay 50% of the cost.

​

Rim replacement: If for any reason you happen to have a damaged rim where it is bent, cracked or not sealing to hold the air. We will repair or replace it at 50% savings for GOLD and PLATINUM members and at 25% savings for all other members, only if your membership is active and up-to-date.

​

Dollar Tire Club does not replace tires that were vandalized, however, if your tires are vandalized  and you do not have enough funds in your D.T.C account,  we may replace your tires at 50%.   We assess requests on a case-by-case basis (for GOLD and PLATINUM members only). Any false claims will result in the immediate account closure and forfeiture of further membership services with  Dollar Tire Club as well as the return of your account balance minus your membership fee and the full price of services rendered plus administrative fees.

 

 MOTORCYCLES 

Bulging or blistering on the sidewall of a tire:   This can lead to tire failure and could be dangerous. We will replace at 50% for all members only if your membership is active and up to date.

Flat tire: Due to a blowout. We will replace at 50% for all members only if your membership is active and up-to-date.

​

Flat tire: due to punctures. (WE DO NOT RECOMMEND PLUGGING A MOTORCYCLE TIRE.) but if you choose to do so, we will load your card with 100% of the cost only if your membership is active and up-to-date.   If the tire cannot be repaired and you must purchase a new tire, D.T.C will pay 50% of the tire purchase cost.

​

Rim replacement: If for any reason you happen to have a damaged rim where it is bent or cracked, we will repair or replace the rim at 25% - 50%.  If your tire is not able to hold air after sealing,  we will repair or replace it at 50% savings for GOLD and PLATINUM members and at 25% savings for all other members, if your membership is active and up-to-date.

 TRAILERS 

Bulging or blistering on the sidewall of a tire:   This can lead to tire failure and could be extremely dangerous. We will replace at 50% for all members only if your membership is active and up to date.

​

Flat tire: Due to a blowout. We will replace it at 50% for all members if your membership is active and up-to-date.

​

Flat tire: due to punctures. We will repair at 100% only if your membership is active and up-to-date.  If the tire cannot be repaired and requires replacement and the purchase of a new tire, D.T.C will pay 50% of the cost.

Rim replacement: If your rim is damaged, bent, or cracked or unable to be sealed to hold air in your tire, we will repair or replace it at 50% savings for GOLD and PLATINUM members and at 25% savings for all other members only if your membership is active and up-to-date.

50% off wheel alignment (if required) Proper wheel alignment is the first step in ensuring your vehicle's stability and safety. We want to ensure that your new tires last the full extent of the manufacturer's warranty. 

​

Flat tire: Due to a blowout. We will replace the tire at 50% for all members only if your membership is active and up-to-date.

Repairs and services: We will repair or replace at 50% savings for GOLD and PLATINUM members and at 25% savings for all other members, only if your membership is active and up-to-date.  (provided you have the required 50% - 75% of the cost in your D.T.C account)

 PHONES 

Repairs, replacement, and services: Stop paying your phone provider each month for a warranty that you may never use. The average person spends $150 - $200 a year to protect their phone, Why not put the money in your D.T.C account and watch it grow.  Your savings will helps you to pay for your repairs,  services or a replacement while  D.T.C will pay the other 50%. ( Phone members would not get a credit card but D.T.C will pay on your behalf)

 HOMES 

Repairs, replacement and services: Stop paying for a home warranty each month that you may or may not ever use. The average person will spend $60 - $100 a month then another $100+ for each service call, yet still, you may never be told what is covered under that warranty. 

With D.T.C you will hold the funds in your D.T.C account until you request it for a service or you can request it and it will be returned to you, minus 5% for admin fees.

You will receive a 50% savings for GOLD and PLATINUM members on any repair, replaced or service and 25% savings for SILVER members. No limits. You must have 50% - 75% in your D.T.C account to pay for the service.

You can use your funds to repair, replace, or service anything in your home.

You cannot apply funds to repair any warranted items in your homes or structural damage to your home but you may request your funds from D.T.C to do the repairs. (YOUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY WOULD NEVER DO THAT.)

D.T.C. reserves the right to withhold D.T.C payments ( to meet the savings portion) and the loading of the member's purchase card if any false statements have been revealed, and/ or fraud is found on the part of the member.

 

*If you can your membership you can get you funds back in 2 ways., on the D.T.C card or we will sent you a check minus 5% for admin fees.
